Summer styling can be a lot different to winter. There's no hiding behind big bulky scarfs and pants. Need a little bit of inspo? Here's our three steps to dressing your way through the summer months:
- Layers are not just for onions - These looks are made to be stripped back during the day, it's easy to remove the layered top look and throw your togs on under neath for a relaxed brunch vibe. Or keep the layers on to get you through the cooler summer nights.
- Get your accessory game on - Don't forget about the accessories, summer is all about bringing the colour back out to play. New Zealanders are notorious for always wearing black! Were not saying to go over board like you have stepped out of a time machine from the 80's, just start small with a pair of statement earrings that have a pop of colour.
- Raid mums wardrobe - In fact don't stop there. Hit up all the op-shops you can find. Vintage pieces are lurking around you just have to find them. Pair them with the new to be on trend for summer.
